Shri Gadage Maharaj

Mr. Debjzi Zingaraji alias Gadge Maharaj was born in Kheda in Vidarbha. They were from parrot community. Gadge Maharaj observed from the eighth year of his age the misfortune of his family, the backwardness of our society and the rigors of the society. Shri Maharaj sprayed his maternal farming with his own infinite efforts and put an ideal of his labor before his society, which is ignorance, poverty, and superstitions.

Gadge Maharaj was living his life hard work. One day, the bright Yogi came to the field and offered them a special gift. He laid his body in the cemetery all night and gave his Parimalic spiritual practice to Gadge Maharaj.
One night, when all the people fell asleep, they left all the while leaving. Gadge Maharaj took twelve years of ignorance. After that he used to exercise his hard work for social welfare, to distribute his body, mind and wealth in public service. During this period, Gadge Maharaj patronized the worm, wearing a headgear and digging the dharmashram. People started calling him Gadge Maharaj with respect.

Gadge Maharaj built Dharmashala at Pandharpur, Dehu, Alandi, Nashik and Mumbai. He successfully implemented many works of mass welfare. He spent his life in a hereditary and religious way. They did not have any distinction between caste, religion and caste. They were proponents of equality. There was tremendous feeling of welfare in his heart. People worshiped them as saints. He has done a lot of work for the general public. Finally, he kept his body at Amravati. Maharaj did his life in the welfare of the world. By virtue of its merit they became vane.
